1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. Depending on its nature, it allows the website to function properly, to remember your preferences, or to measure audience.

2. Cookies used by auracreative.com

Cookie Issuer Purpose Category Consent Duration
session Aura Créative (first-party) Back-office authentication Strictly necessary Not required (art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act) Browser session

The website uses no third-party cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no social-network cookies. The Instagram and Facebook links in the footer are plain HTML links and do not set any cookie until clicked.

3. Why no consent banner?

The only cookie set is strictly necessary for the operation of the administration area (authentication) and is therefore exempt from prior consent under art. 82, paragraph 2, of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines (resolution No. 2020-091 of 17 September 2020). A banner is therefore not required. Should Aura Créative add an audience measurement tool or any other tracker subject to consent in the future, a Consent Management Platform (CMP) would be put in place.

4. Cookie management

You can configure or delete saved cookies at any time in your browser settings. Most browsers document the procedure:
